Kicking into gear after a brief disorienting obtuse intro the five tracks of this demo almost ricochet attention from one brief ferocious bombardment to the next with reckless abandon. Like the output from many other current Ildjarn worship bands, such as Åndutsyn and many of the Pleskau Brethren, these songs are not meant to be pleasant. They are meant to inflict harm and batter the spirits of the listener. Unhoflich executes this intent with precision and might.
